How Our Billing Works

Subscription Structure

Each GigToolbox service (like Zifty bot or DeliverThat bot) operates on a simple monthly subscription model:

Monthly Subscription Fee: $150 USD per bot per month

That's it! There are no usage fees, overage charges, or hidden costs. You pay one flat rate per bot regardless of how many orders it claims for you.

Available Discounts

Multi-Subscription Discounts

When you have multiple active subscriptions, you'll automatically receive discounts:

  • 2nd Subscription: $30 discount per month
  • 3rd+ Subscriptions: $50 discount per month (each)

Examples:

  • 1 bot: $150/month
  • 2 bots: $150 + $120 = $270/month (save $30)
  • 3 bots: $150 + $120 + $100 = $370/month (save $80)
  • 4 bots: $150 + $120 + $100 + $100 = $470/month (save $130)

Family Discounts

The multi-subscription discount also applies to family members in the same household, including:

  • Spouse/Partner
  • Children (sons, daughters)
  • Parents (mother, father)
  • Other immediate family members living in the same household

To claim family discounts: Contact our support team with proof of relationship and shared household address.

GigHelper Partnership Discount

Active GigHelper members receive a $20 discount per month for 2 months on their GigToolbox subscription.

To claim this discount:

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Provide proof of active GigHelper membership
  3. Discount will be applied to your next 2 monthly invoices

How to Apply Discounts

All discounts require contacting our support team. After contact, your request will be reviewed, and, if you a discount is available to you, it will automatically be applied to your next invoices!

Billing Cycles and Payments

Billing Schedule

  • Subscription Fee: Charged at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle
  • Billing cycles start on the date you first subscribe and repeat monthly

Automatic Renewals

  • Auto-renewal is enabled by default for your convenience
  • You can disable auto-renewal anytime through your Subscriptions page
  • If auto-renewal is disabled, your service will end at the current billing cycle's conclusion

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Refunds and Disputes

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except:

  • In cases where service disruption is caused by our systems (not third-party platform issues)
  • At our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis
  • When required by applicable law

Refunds Will NOT Be Provided For:

  • Accidental purchases or subscriptions
  • Third-party platform account suspensions or bans
  • Changes in third-party platform policies that affect our tools
  • User error or misunderstanding of our service
  • Poor performance due to market conditions or lack of available orders
  • Dissatisfaction with bot performance or results

Dispute Process

If you believe there's an error in your billing:

  1. Contact our support team (see ou Contact page)
  2. Provide specific details about the disputed charges
  3. Include screenshots or other relevant documentation
  4. We'll investigate and respond as soon as possible

Account Management

Viewing Your Subscriptions

You can manage all your subscriptions through the Subscriptions page, including:

  • Active bot subscriptions and their renewal dates
  • Billing history and upcoming charges
  • Auto-renewal settings

Important Notes

Service Dependencies

  • Our service depends on successful integration with third-party delivery platforms
  • Service disruptions caused by third-party platform changes may temporarily affect bot functionality
  • We do not provide refunds for disruptions caused by third-party platforms

Currency and Taxes

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD)
  • Additional taxes may apply based on your location
  • Tax amounts will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation

Discount Terms

  • Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
  • Family discounts require verification and approval
  • Partnership discounts have time limits and eligibility requirements
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue discount programs at any time
