Welcome to GigToolbox, a platform designed to provide gig workers with tools that automate and facilitate their work. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service, as well any other policies If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GigToolbox, you agree to these Terms of Service, and all other policies and agreements referenced herein. You must accept these terms to use our platform, and your acceptance is required during account registration.

2. Eligibility

To use GigToolbox, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering for an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access GigToolbox's services, you must register for an account by providing you full name and a valid email address. You must verify your email address to complete the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities conducted through your account.

4. Service Description

GigToolbox offers a suite of tools designed to automate tasks for gig work apps (view Services for a list of supported apps). Our tools include:

• Automatic Offers Claiming and Scheduling
• Safe Cancelling
• Route Optimization These services aim to increase efficiency but must be used in compliance with local laws.

5. User Conduct

5.1 General Conduct

Users must not share login credentials under any circumstances. While using GigToolbox, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Avoid any form of harassment, spamming, or abuse of other users.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions, including our Discord server and any public posts on the website.

5.2 Community Conduct

GigToolbox offers a Discord server for support and community interaction. Users must maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times, adhering to community guidelines.

6. Payment Terms

GigToolbox operates on a credit-based payment systems. Users purchase credits via Stripe (our payment processor), which can be used to access various tools. Credits are consumed based on tool usage, and services may auto-renew if sufficient credits are available. Auto-purchase of credits is not currently supported.

Refunds: All sales are final, except in cases of service disruptions due to server-side issues. Refunds may be issued if the user loses credits or subscription time due to our fault, such as prolonged server downtime.

7. Intellectual Property

GigToolbox's software and web client are protected under intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from altering or distributing our software without explicit permission from GigToolbox.

8. User-Generated Content

All user-generated content, including product reviews, community posts, and profile pictures, must comply with the conduct guidelines specified above. GigToolbox reservers the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, with or without notice.

9. Account Termination

GigToolbox reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms of Service or any form of abuse, including exploiting bugs or glitches in our software. Penalties will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary.

Users may terminate their accounts at any time via the user dashboard, resulting in the removal of personal data from our systems.

Warning: This action is not reversable and will cause immediate account termination. Any ongoing services or remaning credits will be lost without the possibility of full or partial refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

By using GigToolbox, you acknowledge that our services may violate the policies of third-party gig work platforms. GigToolbox is not responsible for any repercussions to your accounts on such platforms due to the usage of our tools.

GigToolbox does not guarantee increased income from using our tools. We suggest potential benefits as possibilities rather than certainties.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under these Terms of Service will be governed by the laws of São Paulo, Brazil. Any claims or legal actions must be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as determined by GigToolbox.

• Mediation: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through mediation with a neutral mediator. The mediation can be conducted in São Paulo, Brazil, or at another location or online platform agreed upon by both parties. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally.
• Arbitration: If mediation does not lead to a resolution, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration can occur in São Paulo, Brazil, or at another agreed-upon location or online platform, in accordance with the rules of the Brazilian Arbitration Act. The arbitrator's decision will be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Modifications to Terms

GigToolbox reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be immediately posted in our Help Center, including a timestamp of the latest update. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
